I put my own little spin on it and marinated my chicken in buttermilk and pickle juice before I followed the rest of the steps. So so so good

It took me longer than it should have to cook up this JOC classic.

Definitely a good recipe if you’re craving katsu but don’t wanna fry.

Ran across this recipe very late this afternoon and decided to scratch my original idea of spaghetti and make this for dinner. I must be a masochist, but I figured it would be worth it. I made a grocery store run and went about making this recipe. I must say It was definitely worth it! The homemade Tonkatsu sauce was the perfect compliment. I made everyone seconds before I could sit down to eat even one! It was delicious and is a bona fide hit! They’re already asking when I plan to make this again.
