Hi KLL, Thank you for taking the time to read Nami’s post and try her recipe!
If you are eating it right away after defrosting, you do not need to reheat it. But if you prefer to enjoy warm Tamagoyaki, it can be reheated.

I have to say I am extremely happy with how it turned out. We are not use to our eggs being on the sweet side so I think my next try I will cut down on the sweet dashi form a tablespoon to a teaspoon per egg to see if that is better for the family. but it was so good. I would also try to serve it with a salmon filet as well next time. this was so good. 5 stars
