Beautiful recipe. Served with steamed rice, home made pickled ginger, spring onion and cucumber sunomono – just amazing! Next time though I shall make an extra quantity of sauce to serve on the side or drizzle over. Thank you for posting.

Thank you for the authentic garnish ideas. dried bonito flakes sound delicious on top of tofu i’ll have to buy some next time i have the chance
