Just made this recipe because my daughter’s friend is coeliac. Used Tamari soy and gluten free Mirin. A big hit with my 3 fussy kids, their friend and husband . The only complaint was – there wasn’t more. Great instructions and and doubling the recipe on a metric measurement worked very well. Thank you for sharing – this will now be a staple in the weekly meals.

Hello, Natalie! Thank you for trying Nami’s recipe!
Yes, you may use bone-in chicken and follow the recipe, but it will take a little longer to cook through the chicken.

The Teriyaki sauce can be stored in an airtight, sterilized jar like a mason jar in the refrigerator for up to 2–3 weeks.

I tried this and it was very good! You mention that you can make a big batch of the sauce and store it in the fridge, which sounds like a very good idea! However, I was just wondering, how long do you think this sauce would last in the fridge? I’m just trying to plan out how much I would want to store at a time.
